Alfred Olorunmowaju Ibimode serves as Head of Operations at Naphtali Energy, providing strategic oversight and execution leadership across the company's marine logistics and oilfield support operations.

With over 19 years of experience in operations, logistics management, and customer service within the oil and gas and integrated logistics sectors, Alfred specialises in operational strategy implementation, fleet coordination, service quality assurance, and client relationship management. He ensures that operational systems are structured, efficient, and aligned with corporate objectives.

Prior to joining Naphtali Energy in 2017, he held supervisory roles at Hamilton Technologies Ltd (a drilling fluids company), where he managed logistics support for active drilling rigs, and at Mbonny Technical Services Ltd, overseeing haulage and fleet operations. Earlier in his career, he developed strong client engagement and service management expertise at Clocktower Group.

At Naphtali Energy, he drives process standardisation, performance monitoring, cost efficiency, and continuous service improvement, ensuring consistent operational excellence and client satisfaction.
